1) Choose your favourite item

Browse through our flowers, gifts. You can filter by budget, occasion, product type, or delivery area — super simple.

2) Personalise your pick

Make it yours. Select the size, add a personalised card/name (if available).

3) Select your delivery area

Pick the state where you want your gift delivered:
Kuala Lumpur, Selangor
For other states, stay tuned! Coming soon

4) Add to Cart

Happy with your selection? Click Add to Cart, then hit Next to pick your delivery date and time.

5) Choose your delivery date & time

Ordering for today before 4.00 PM? please whatsapp us or contact us as soon as possible. After that, only next-day slots will show.

6) Write your message

Type out a sweet message. Whatever you type will be printed exactly as it is. Want to stay anonymous? Just don’t add your name. Prefer something ready-made? Choose one of the preset messages.

7) Checkout

All set? Click Checkout.

8) Log in or create an account

Enter your email to proceed.
If you don’t have an account, it’s worth creating one

9) Provide recipient details

Fill in the recipient’s name, contact, and delivery address. Double-check everything to avoid delivery issues.
Pro Tip: paste the address into Google Maps to ensure it exists.

10) Enter your payment details

Pay using:

• Debit/Credit Card

If your card fails, check with your bank for online purchase approval or card balance.

11) Add your own contact info

Your number will be used for WhatsApp updates on your order — from preparation to delivery. Don’t worry, your info won’t be shared with the recipient.

12) Hit ‘Pay Now’

Your order is confirmed once the payment goes through.

13) Double-check your confirmation

You’ll be redirected to a Thank You page and receive a confirmation email with your order number. Make sure your delivery date, time slot, and message are all correct.

14) You’re all set

Just relax and let us take care of the rest.
