By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Order Acceptance Policy
All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Mekar Malaysia. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order without providing a reason.
If an order is rejected or cancelled by us, any payment received will be refunded in full using the original payment method.

Order Modification Policy
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at info@mekar.my or call +60 13 533 5547 (Mon–Sun, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM).
We will try our best to accommodate changes. However, we can only guarantee modifications (including delivery details and message card changes) if requested before 12:00 PM, one (1) day before delivery.
For same-day orders, changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans may change, and cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
1. Advance Orders
Cancellations must be made before 12:00 PM, one (1) day prior to delivery date.
Approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date issued.
2. Same-Day / On-Demand Orders
These orders are processed immediately and may not be cancellable.
- If already processed: cancellation is not possible
- If not yet processed: we may hold the order and reschedule or issue store credit (valid 12 months), depending on feasibility
Product Availability & Substitution
All products are subject to availability. In rare cases where specific flowers or materials are unavailable or do not meet our quality standards, we reserve the right to replace them with similar items of equal or higher value and style.
Substitutions may include flowers, colors, wrapping materials, ribbons, baskets, vases, fruits, or decorative items.
If no suitable replacement is available, you will be informed as soon as possible and offered a full refund.
Please note:
- Bouquet size, color shades, and flower stages may vary from images
- Fresh flowers are natural products and may not be perfectly identical each time
Payment Methods
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and selected online payment gateways including GrabPay
- Payment processing is handled securely through certified third-party providers
- Card details are never stored or accessible by Mekar Malaysia
- Account holders may save delivery details securely for faster checkout
Pricing
All prices shown are exclusive of delivery fees unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Terms
- Deliveries operate Monday to Sunday
- Exact time selection is not available to ensure fairness and operational efficiency
- We aim for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or external courier factors
- Delivery is currently limited to Kuala Lumpur and Selangor unless otherwise stated
- Remote or inaccessible areas may not be serviceable; customers will be notified and refunded if needed
- PO box addresses are not supported
- Alternative delivery methods may be used without prior notice
- Recipient must be available at the delivery location
- Incorrect or incomplete details may result in failed delivery without liability
- Redelivery requests may incur additional fees and depend on availability
Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee fresh flowers, which may sometimes arrive in bud form to extend vase life.
If flowers appear unsatisfactory:
- Contact us within 24 hours with photos
- If approved, we will offer replacement or refund
- Refund processing may take 3–7 working days, depending on banks (some may take up to 30 days)
Damage During Delivery
Although we package flowers carefully, damage may occur during transit in rare cases.
If this happens:
- Contact us within 24 hours with photos
- We will assess and may offer replacement or refund
Non-Delivery
If your order is not delivered on the scheduled date due to our error:
- We will resend the order on the next available slot or issue a refund
- Refund timelines follow standard banking processing times
Rewards Program (Mekar Rewards)
- Points are earned based on the amount paid (excluding delivery fees)
- Points expire after 36 months
- Points value and rules may be changed at any time
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Program is valid for Malaysia only
- Misuse may result in account termination
- Accounts are for individual use only and must not be shared
- Loss or theft of accounts is the user’s responsibility
- We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control
- We reserve the right to terminate or modify the program at any time
Satisfaction Commitment
We aim to deliver fresh, high-quality flowers and ensure customer satisfaction for every order.
Refund & Return Policy
Refund or return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos
- Reason for request
Items must remain in original delivered condition. All cases are subject to review.
Liability Disclaimer
Mekar Malaysia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services, including delays, losses, or errors beyond our control.
Promotions & Discount Codes
- Promotions are valid only during the stated period
- No price adjustments for past purchases
- Promotions may be changed or removed without notice
- Some offers are exclusive and non-transferable
- Discounts cannot be combined unless stated
- Only one promo code may be used per order
Events Beyond Our Control
Weather Conditions
Delivery delays due to severe weather are not eligible for refund or compensation.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, technical failures, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
Customer Information
We require accurate customer and recipient details to process and deliver orders properly.
Information collected includes:
- Email address (for order updates and communication)
- Full name and address (for billing and delivery)
- Phone number (for delivery coordination)
- Recipient details (for successfull delivery)
We respect your privacy and do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
