Cancellation Policy

We’re sorry to hear you may need to cancel your order — we completely understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation process works:

1. Advance Orders

For orders placed in advance, cancellations must be requested before 12 PM, one (1) day prior to the scheduled delivery date.

You will receive a full refund in the form of store credit, issued as a voucher equivalent to your order amount.
This voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.


2. Same-Day & On-Demand Orders

As these orders are prepared immediately, cancellations may not always be possible. However, we’ll always try our best to assist:

  • If your order has already been processed:
    Unfortunately, cancellation will no longer be available.
  • If your order has not been processed yet:
    You may choose to either:
    • Reschedule your delivery to a later date, or
    • Receive store credit (valid for 12 months)
